To build a moral, enlightened and humane society, where human lives are illuminated by the eternal light of Islam and every underprivileged person has the chance to live with dignity and self-reliance.

• Propagation of Islamic Dawah and ideals: to build an ideal society by spreading the true teachings of the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah, along with core moral values, among people of all levels.
• Humanitarian service and supporting the underprivileged: to meet the basic needs of the poor, orphans and underprivileged people (food, clothing, healthcare) and to uplift their living standards through sustainable support.
• Building a knowledge-based society (library management): to foster reading habits among the youth and the general public by establishing well-equipped libraries, cultivating an aware society free from superstition and drug addiction.
